At the Restaurant Gastronomisk Institut ? You can enjoy simple, uncomplicated and well-prepared dishes that suit most people's tastes. In our Danish-French kitchen, everything is prepared based on chef Dean Jespersen's two simple basic rules: The food must taste of what it is made of, and the ingredients must be in season.

With the food, we can tempt you with carefully selected wines from one of Jutland's absolute best and widest wine lists, which has been awarded several years in a row by the prestigious magazine Wine Spectator. We start from the European continent, but also have good overseas wines. You can of course also enjoy a delicious range of water, juice and beer.
